We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on a business day enter processing the same day; orders placed after the cutoff or on a weekend or holiday begin processing the next business day. In-stock items are typically fulfilled within 1–3 business days, and you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Delivery windows are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays, and high-volume periods can affect timing.
Shipping is a flat $7.50 per order within the continental United States. Orders of $75.00 or more ship free — the discount is applied automatically at checkout.
We currently ship anywhere within the continental United States. We are not yet able to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, PO boxes, or international addresses. For freight, bulk, or special delivery needs, please contact us and we'll find a solution.
Every shipment includes tracking, sent to the email on your order. You can also check status anytime under My Account → Orders.
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, let us know within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to make it right. See our Return Policy for more on damaged items.
