You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be in the same condition you received them, including all original accessories, cables, and packaging where applicable.
Sign in and open your order history. Once an order has shipped, you can request a return directly from the order page. Choose a reason, add any details, and submit — our team reviews each request and will respond with next steps and a return shipping address.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the credit to appear.
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original for a refund and place a new order for the replacement. If you need help finding an equivalent product, just contact us.
Refurbished products are covered by a 30-day limited warranty against functional defects; new products carry the manufacturer's warranty. If a covered item fails, reach out and we'll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund.

If the return is the result of our error (wrong, defective, or damaged item), we cover return shipping. For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and no restocking fee applies.
